Answers: When I lived surrounded by military housing, we couldn't do anything to the cinder block walls, so I found this great little trick....
Supplies: Gallon jug of Stay Flo juice fabric starch (found at any grocery store), black sheets, drop cloth/tarp, sharp scissors.
Prep: Lay down your tarp lower than the wall you are working on first. Cut the black sheets/fabric in irregular strips to mimic the zebra cut-out. Pour the fabric starch within a large pan/bowl.
Application: Dip the black strips within the liquid starch and meekly scrape bad the excess. Place the fabric on the wall and smooth out. Once these dry they will look great and they will stay surrounded by place until you peel them bad. When you remove them, just be sure to wipe the walls down earlier you paint again. No damage to the walls and toss out the elderly sheets.
start asking around, if anyone knows of an artist. or you could step to lowes and ask if they know anyone who is an artist
