Just kid, go to your local stores and get some boxes.
anything that will be temporarily surrounded by the way, pack up and set it in the garage or storage. Label the boxes, later when sis is gone you know where everything is, good luck...

Throw everything surrounded by the closet and lock the door, tell her you lost the key, if you dont own lock on the door, then glue it shut. lol.
