-my walls have freshly been painted muted pink/peach
-i love egyp/middle east/bollywood
-i want it to look like i enjoy just walk into tree of life or another unusual age shop
- i have lots of sari yard goods
Answers: Well, you could attach inspiring posters from the nature, landscape from beautiful trees, or the deep, and u can use mideast pictures, like persian traditional buildings witch are totally beautiul, or use palm trees, or the pictures of your favorite stars. U can paint the walls yourself, all right not all of them, basically paint some trees or flowers, i myself did it and it turned out it makes me happier than i thought i would be.
You can put the candles over your table, you can put an aquarium or the pictures of your favorite singers.

hi... i don't know your budget nor preferences, so i'll try my best to give you few suggestions that you can work on yourself...
1. contained by oriental settings (egyptian, middle eastern, and indian) rich and deep colors are repeatedly used, and since your room already has frothy pink/peach, then a color endeavour of reds and red-oranges and oranges, only if you close to these colors... of course not adjectives reds and oranges will match or create the effect... experiment rather with sample of color until you reach the right combination... try I don`t know burgandy with your pink and peach next to some other darker peach and rusty colors... this analogous color conspire is relaxing and interesting at the same time!
2. try using rattan or rattan furniture... it's oriental, simple, cosy, and so new age...! dance for modern creative designs but never sacrifice comfort... if you don't prefer rattan, the wood is the only answer... use murky wood for contrast with your walls and more oriental look.
3. designate one corner for your candles and incenses... brand appealing with some soft lighting and nice fabrics. but this doesn't stingy you can't use them in other parts of your room, i proposal you to disperse a few here and there.
4. choose an oriental ornamentation from the net and try to include it in your room through wood work or paint or textile... it'll give a special look and qualities to the room...
5. include plants in the room... similar to a large one contained by the corner and smaller one on the shelves or table... but be careful to move them on a daily basis outside the room at night...
6. you can use your sari yard goods creatively for table cloth, window treatments, or even over the bed on the wall next to a painting or a photo within the middle... you can even use them as accents for the bedding... approaching pillows or just through the fabric on the bed...!
7. also include sculptures, sculpture, photos, and other items from your wanted plot... only few but not too much...!
