Answers:    Expandable curtain rod- they are very cheap- pressure between the two walls holds them up. Or do a few small holes that you can subsequently fill near spackle (very cheap and the landlords don't notice because you wipe bad the excess). You could tap a few tiny nail in during the hours of daylight when people are at work to interview it out. You're looking for the nail to turn into wood so it will hold the weight.. Then you could sway a small bit of wire across- I usually use hooks that are shaped close to question results or the ones with simply the circle- they make tiny holes and they screw surrounded by well next to just a teeny starter hole.
