Answers: A very obedient cleaner to use is mineral spirits or paint thinner. I would suggest using the odorless type. If you use any water base cleaner on raw wood it will lift up the grain of the wood(make the wood discern fuzzy) and will require you to re sand all the wood. Water and uncovered wood don 't mix.
