I'm remodeling the home I purchased from my mom and where I grew up as a child. Unfortunately nearby isn't much space to store anything. The kitchen which is where we mostly are for homework and meal is not so big, and the ultimate is that at hand are no cabinets. I be wondering what could I do for storage if I decided not to budge with cabinet. The kitchen is shaped like a rectangle(approx. 20 ft. x 10 ft.), housing the gas stove, washer and dryer, a double sink, refrigerator, gas hot marine tank and a table which chairs four.
Answers: Consider shelves some short and some long in an L shape over the areas you don't put your foot that way it won"t grain closed in.Of course you will enjoy to keep it spruce but you can always bonding agent some Velcro on the top shelf and on the curtain and hang curtains.The trick is not to be a flat curtain but not too full any.Also you can screw in some small cup hooks below the very fringe of the shelf and hang curtains that agency.I am assuming the sink has a cabinet to store things also?Make it your space very soon alittle paint,a little imagination,a plant or two wayyyyyyyy la a current space!Of course you can consider some cabinets and some shelves this may work better as it won"t look so closed surrounded by.Good luck with your project!
