My fav colour is pink and green.and I like stripes and polka dots and other kinds of designs. Any notion on designs that would suit what i just saidddd?

I have no perception. I always do white to be safe and use the furniture, pictures, knick knacks be the color. That style when you need a new look. You can reorganize the objects and not have to paint again.
There are many different styles you can use beside these colors.
What you can is if you have a normal 4 wall room you can paint one wall pink the other wall green the subsequent wall pink and the last wall green. If you like polka dots You can paint the walls a pink color for the bottom and use different sizes of green dots(this style would be very out going and vibrant) Or you can do it the other way around near the green wall (for a calming/earthy mood) with pink dots. // If you do this style for a comforter you could use a pink and green cover that that would match wonderful. You can also use a short time ago the pink for a base color or green that would match too.
STRIPES- You can paint the room a cream color and you can use green stripes and pink stripes and be off a stripe of cream in between to give it a stripe look. But if you use merely pink and green the stripes would be too close together and all bunched up. that is why you would entail a lighter color like cream or white in the middle. For a comforter you could use any stlye as long as you use the color pink, green, brown, cream, white.
DECORATIONS- if you inevitability a lamp you could use a short one on a small table with a green cover over it or im sure you can find a pink and green one. Or you should seize a larger lamp you could put in a corner of a room and that would look great. If you want you could put lights up surrounded by the room by putting small pink or green lights on a string and hang it around.
Answers: the first person to answer have a great idea! the only point i would change is maybe hold the polka dots multiple colours, like lime green, pale green.. and avoid black. it make the room dark. try white, and good luck- sounds similar to you\ll have a great room

You could choose spirals across ur walls.
Or maybe randomly place think/thin stripes of ur fav colour
Or conceivably choose one colour as base colour and use the other one to make pattern (I love spirals).
Or maybe u can cut out some stencils and stuff and spray the paint...
It all comes down to what you want your room to look similar to when you're finished
