I am redecorating my room as a sand theme. We are sculpture the walls orangish, and we have basket weave shelves and a wicker bedframe (we hold bedding that matches, too). Otherwise, my room is nil like a seaside. Creative decor ideas? Anything?
I requirement thinking for my different bedroom!?
Answers:    My friend have a beach themed room, but her walls are painted blue. Here are some things she did to contest the theme:
-Hang up 'beachy' pictures
-Change the blinds and curtains
-Use things close to starfish, seashells, sand...you can put it in close to a fishbowl or something glassy
-You could adapt your lights, maybe even find one of those wicker fan with the lights
-Bring plants into your room

Actually, to the previous comment- I meditate orange would look fine for a shore theme. It variety of reflects a sunset type scene.

use some shells, driftwood, You can obtain these at arts and crafts stores. Beach themed pictures. Old boat oars painted and hung on the walls.On a shelf put a sand pail and shovel. Why are you sculpture orange? paint a deeply light blue/green. They did a shore room on "design on a dime 'yesterday. see if you can find it and watch it. It be very cute.
