Answers:    You can find end table & lamps almost anywhere. Try stores close to wards or target if you are on a budget (& you can buy online). Homevisions.com & Homedecorators.com also have a ton of great stuff. I also love Lampsplus.com for all your lighting requirements.
For a couch, I would suggest not buying online bc that is one of those items i.e. better to try before you buy. Almost adjectives cities have small consignment shops or a discount furniture store of some open-handed. You could try checking there first. Stores similar to Pier1 & Worldmarket also have some really cute sofas, but again this is something you want to go to the store & sit on for yourself back you decide on looks alone.
