RENT an overhead projector.
Check your local library or office supply.
I have a similar question some months ago, and a friend found the URLs for various companies who can take imagery or photos and actually blow them up into vinyl siding or wall thesis.
Otherwise, you probably would be better off projecting the emblem onto the wall, tracing the outlines, then fine art it.
