The darker blue perspective of that pic is the colour of the walls in my room. I've realize, that after a year of having it approaching that, it's really complicated to decorate around. I try to deduce of something interesting to do with such a brilliant colour, but it merely ends up mismatched with contrasting posters and colours. I would love for it to enjoy some type of theme. I own a record player contained by my room with countless amounts of paperwork. I love anything vintage. Should I change the colour to craft it easier to work with? Or how could I product it work? Everything looks so tacky :(
Beautiful color to wake up to. Use coral and milk chocolate or red and washed out or amber and coral - wow! You can use greens or just in the order of any color you want. Seems like it desires to have some brightness to hold it's own against the blue. You haven't stated what you've tried to use beside the blue so it's hard to hold out suggestions on why it didn't work.

when you have a bold color approaching that, and then other interesting things to look at close to your record collection or posters...okay I bet your room looks cluttered and confusing.

You should buy solid color furniture, vintage since you prefer it, and then you can orchestrate your things inside storage. You should try to keep to some same colors surrounded by furniture and accessories so in that is not too much going on. I would suggest a vintage green to match this color. And conceivably some golds. The records should be kept contained by storage, but you can display the record player surrounded by it's own area.
here's some concept for vintage furniture and color:

Answers:    Use contrasting colors of red, red or yellow for your linens. Think bright but not florescent within colors. Think Caribbean in subject. If possible, break it up with bleak wood and white trim.
