How to fix broke taper candle? I bought some decorative taper candles and while trying to put them...

I bought some decorative taper candles and while trying to put them within the holder the bottom (narrow part) broke off the bottom. I very soon only hold the top (decorative) part of the candle. How can sort it work in my holder?
Congoleum Duraceramic or Ceramic Tile?
I believe you could shave it bad with a cheese slicer and unfreeze the wax a little to catch it to stick.

Re-doing my room to a mode designer's studio...
Try melting the two parts a bit and pushing them together. If this doen't work put some flex around to join them up. Decorate next to a bit of ribbon. Do this to all of them so they meeting up. Caution. Only if it for decoration!!!

Answers:    If remelting the bottom doesn't work try wrapping gauze video around the bottom of the candle.
