i know that sounds weird, lol.
anyways, close to paint color, how to arrange the furniture, rugs, etc.
it's a rectangle, about 20 ft by 15 ft, but that's an estimate.
theres a closet...desk, bed, a few table-like things... you know.
so, resembling ho do i make it look smaller? or at lowest possible not so...empty.

Answers:    Haha, this sounds like my room, and i've have the same problem. To fix it, i used multiple rugs to divide the room into sections-a computer nouns and a sleep area-and had the rugs overlap to hang on to the room connected. I also turned one wall into a sitting area, and i freshly used chairs not needed contained by other parts of the house. I put Holiday lights around the ceiling, which add both color and visually shrink the room. Dark walls net the room look smaller, but i wasn't allowed to paint, so i added posters of all kinds-both view and concert posters give the space a retro quality. I also hung some fun curtains to block the door and windows, and hung some yard goods from the ceiling.

Overall, just give color any way you can-you dont want a smaller room, you lately want to employ adjectives the space you have contained by a fun manner.
