Wanting to dye it light blue. Is it possible? If not, what are some other things I can try?

Answers: The one and only way I can regard as of it working is the bleach the fabric later dye it blue. but this could damage the yard goods. I don't think at hand is a dye strong enough to cover over black next to a light color.
