My Grandma is a red hatter. She use to have a room completely deced out contained by red hat stuff but immediately she wants to label it into more of a spare bedroom, but at the same time she requests to display these beautiful red hat that she has collected, any suggestions on how to do this?
Answers: use them as a headboard for the bed. rows and rows of hat hung.
I love red hat ladies! I enjoy a collection of hats and used plate hanger to store and display them. I used the wrought iron type that has two hooks near little balls on the ends which is designed to hold the plates, but works great for hat. They hang relatively flat and the hooks fit into most every sized headdress right inside the brim. The ones I bought have ample hooks for 6 and 8 plates so I alternated them on the wall. Looks decorative, too.
