How to appropriate wallpaper rotten a wall.? I have a bin liner of wallpaper close to my ceiling...

I have a bin liner of wallpaper close to my ceiling its just one strip that go around the room. Its time for a change. I be wondering how can i remove the wall paper, do i use hot sea or is there some time of product that i apply on?
If it's just a wallpaper border, it will probably come rotten pretty easily. Spray it near a little vinegar and wet, wait, and scratch with a putty run through. If you can, peel rotten the front layer first - that path, the water and vinegar will permeate to the glue. Make sure to bath all the bonding agent off earlier painting. Good luck!

i recently tore down some wood paneling out of my backbone room and under near was the wallpaper from the 1920-1950
"S i used a matured dish soap bottle and hot dish soapy water i squirt it down and go back contained by five min an scraped it off it come off resembling no other so save your money and use soap and hose.
the only down plummet is you will need to own a towel on the floor but make sure you soak it angelic.
Answers:    some wallpaper have a tear away outer deposit. once the outer layer is gone only the paper funding is left. simply showery that and it should also peal away.

otherwise they market a tool at improvement stores that put hundreds of hole within the outer layer so that wet or commercial wallpaper remover can get to the gum.

i am experiencing a brain problem but i think the remover if call DIFF. that may be wrong but it starts with a d. surrounded by a bottle like windex and it is red.

after you catch all the broadsheet off dry-clean the wall well next to warm dampen to help bring back any residue. otherwise the paint might not stick well. and you might consider using primer first anyway, in recent times in bag. have fun. i loathe wallpaper.
