what colors look good together? i dont want any dark colors. i love funky styles, bright colors, cute decorations but not to babyish, etc. im almost 14 and im movin soon so i want my untried room to be unique and fun !! any ideas? pictures would be great. appreciation :D :D :D
Light pink and Light pink
but not the benign of light that stands out

if you have the time and money i would suggest doing a funky ginger but then making it your own with big bright stripes of red and pink! the stripes could change widths to make it look really cool!

if orange, red, and pink aren't your favorites impossible to tell apart look could be done with:
blue, green, and white
orange, ashen, and pink
or really any combination you choose!

also, if varying widths of stripes don't appeal you could also use the last two colors to do different and varying sizes of polka dots on the first color backdrop :)
Answers:    I love bright colors! My room is orange, blue and lime green.
Other colors that look good together are:
Orange, wan, pink for a summary look.
Orange, yellow
Orange, pink
Hot pink, brown
purple, lime green, aqua
Any shades of blue altogether

play around near the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I similar to how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color loved ones & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color scheme. You can literally spend hours:

I think a pale purple approaching "Destiny" (# 6274) would look terrific, and then on the wall behind your bed, paint yawning vertical stripes in "luxurious red" (# 6314). This is the kind of striping I'm discussion about:

You can also take a photo of your house & upload it to the makeover gallery on this website:

You can return with color suggestions & they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can get an idea of what it will look similar to.
