Wodden floor coatings (Heavy Duty)?
Don't know in the order of the cost; maybe $200,000.
I would conveyance a few things: I like the kitchen sink by a pane as long as it is not on a North or a West wall. The open nouns from the 2nd floor would be over the living room only and utilize remainder nouns for more living area. And the mini closet close by the washer/dryer would be facing same direction as the w/d instead of toward the hall.

Answers:    There are a lot of factor that could alter the cost. Do you own the lot? City water or okay and how far? Septic or sewer main? Landscaped or not? In the Napa Valley where on earth labor is high and soils are impossible it would be a range of roughly speaking $120,000 to 190,000 for the building alone depending on level of finishes. All work out side the building stripe would be extra
