I have a 2-story living and dining room, plus kitchen, kinfolk and one bedroom. How are they removed? Would I have to hire someone to remove it and hire another to paint?
You can be cheap and lately paint over the wallpaper. or you can go to home depot and rent a steamer/wallpaper remover and do the labor your self. Or if you want to hire someone try homedepot or look it up on yellowpages, for businesses that remove wallpaper

If you don't have time or simply don't want to mess with it yourself I would recommend calling around to a few wallpaper hanger and getting them to give you bids on your project. And see if they would also paint the walls after removing the wall dissertation. Some contractors have branched stale into different areas of expertise to acquire more jobs. With the times getting harder and harder various have started doing more than freshly what they advertise.
