We are thinking about retiling a shower and replacing the shower tub with tile. We also want to put within a jacuzzi tub in the place of the engineered marble or doesn`t matter what it is tub that we currently have (it leak....). That last item we want to do is removed ugly wallpaper to be precise peeling and enjoy the walls textured. I know that contractors would give us a to the penny estimate, but I don't even want to consider getting that until we enjoy enough money save up. I appreciate your info.

Answers:    Go ahead and get your estimate from two or three contractors. A lot of race get them so they can enjoy an idea on how much to hide away up or how much to borrow. Cost varies widely across the country and that course you will have a quote for that type of work contained by your area. Unless objects prices go up the quotes will be dutiful for longer then you reflect on. Just remember to use one of the contractors the give you a estimate to work next to in the first place. I enjoy a construction company and have gone stern as much as a year latter and did the work for the original quote. Just remember as a nonspecific rule......if the cost of gas goes up so will the cost of materials.
