I've enclosed my former porch & in a minute have (3) 8' walls (14' x 20' x 14'), near (4) regular sized windows (2 at respectively corner), a small square hole for an A/C unit, & (1) set of sliding chalice doors.
There is nothing fancy, I'll paint it when it's done, already be Tyveked, I want a smooth finish. Its a pretty straight forward box, a full crew should be able to take it done in beneath a day. I've gotten it up to the point where on earth I'm ready to move about out and get some qoutes to seize it done.
I'm wondering if you know how much a job similar to this should cost approximately? I have no impression, and I want to make sure I know until that time I get my qoutes.
Answers: How much it would cost depends on whether it's done by a company as a regular opportunity or by an installer doing a side job.
My neighbor have a retaining wall in front of his house and around just about half of his front patio, maybe in the region of 700 square feet total. He have some guys out stuccoing it (just the application of the stucco, no lath work) as a side job and they charged him just about $1000. But, if they had to put up tarmacadam paper and flex lath, then the stucco, and consequently a color coat, he would probably be looking at more like $3000.
