I'm considering to buy a 3 story new townhome to and to the cost of the home the company would charge me an extra 8k to finish the underground store (sheet rock and paint) and the 8k would include a full bathroom and recreational room. Instead, I was thinking of have the three piece plumbing ($700)already laid out and have someone else do the underground store and bathroom. I have a couple friends that does construction and could assist me out, if i were to purchase this home. I be wondering how much would the bathroom cost.
depends- next to construction, plumming and supplies and size of room maybe $1,200-2,000 (it adjectives dpends ion what you are having done but this may support you get a number contained by your mind)

the $8k isn't a unacceptable price for a full bath and adjectives the drywall in the underground store. Sheetrock is a huge pain contained by the butt....it's dusty and messy to install.
If I were you, I'd negotiate the price a touch. Let them stub our the bath, and install drywall everywhere, but you pick the tub fixtures and the tile. I'd start the price at $3700, and not go over $4,500 to do that.
Then, you confidently have $2500 to pick out tile and fixtures you want, and you've save at least $1000!
