How long would it pilfer to sand & refinish my hardwood floor?

It is a room approximately 30X12
That is if I got a professional to do it.

Answers:    sooner or later to sand one day to re-finish. It can be messy (dusty) so be prepared

Not long at adjectives. I Stripped, sanded, and stained a hardwood floor 30x14 surrounded by two weekends. Professionally, probably quite in haste. I work slow... and steady... Like the turtle... hehe.
