Answers:    I hold had well-mannered success using a vinegar and wet solution. Spray it on and let it soak through to the posterior of the paper. You may obligation to peel rotten the front layer of broadsheet first. Then scrape. Wash the walls down near the vinegar and water to remove and paste residue.
