is there a certain technique to blistering off wallpaper, how do you do it?
Answers: Ive taken wallpaper off a dozen times and I hold found that the best way to remove wallpaper is to do this. Get a spray bottle and a 5 gallon bucket. You can even use one of those plastic garden sprayers instead of a spray bottle. Fill both with hot sea. The hotter the better. The chemicals used for wallpaper removal are junk in my inference. Do a 5 foot section at a time (2 or 3 sheets). Take a painters roller attached to a extension pole and dip it into the bucket. Then unreservedly apply hot water to the wall from midway wall to top then down. Spray corners that you cant catch with the roller. Let it soak in for several minutes and re-apply. The hot wet should soften up the paper by this time. Use a 3in' to 6in' mud axe (Scraper) to help remove the wallpaper. Peel up a corner of a sheet with the blade and slowely pull. Sometimes it comes up in solid sheets, and sometimes it rips. But don't bring back discouraged. Keep soaking the paper with hot marine and keep it wet. Let the hot river do most of the work. Place cardboard and/or drop clothes down to protect the floors. Keep several towels with you to dry the floor as you work. Place tape over adjectives electrical outlets. When you dispose of the water make sure you achieve as many of the paper particle out of the bucket as possible. This will prevent a clogged sewer line. Then pour bucket down toilet or outside. You can also buy a "paper tiger". This little tool allows you to perforate tiny holes into the wallpaper so that when you apply the hose it will penetrate it much better.
peel the top level off then spray the white member that is left on the wall by using reheat water let it occupy it will soften then use a scraper and collect it off wash the wall near TSP and rinse properly , get a steamer
