Answers: Learn from others: habitat for humanity is looking for volunteers- YOU learn- YOU help others and find out if you really approaching this kind of work. (Doing this is fun but it is not easy-it is plentifully of physical, dirty work and takes time!) this is my 9th repo- I painted every hours of daylight for 22 days to get this house done! that includes bathrooms, closets, and adjectives the trim and clean up...and cleaning up your tools .
Some local college own a build a house a year classes-you need key woodworking, electrical, and plumbing skills - there are usually local classes at the college covering at most minuscule some of these.
Check out at your towns city counsel and see if there is any community building projects going on-or any training programs--- this agency you get to scrutinize and learn some of the basics- and swot basic tool use-
and unfinished construction- things need to be square and straight and smooth and match state/city codes- If you start out as a volunteer - You hold invested - only money surrounded by your tools and (the volunteers can advice that purchase - nearby are many kind of hammers for different jobs- YOU also must be smart nearly resale (a beautiful house contained by an unsafe neighborhood won't sell) so you must study houses- go look at break open houses- on SUNDAY- dress nice- and look for design- do the rooms flow could you have a thanksgiving dinner for 6- or 20 inhabitants - look at lighting and closets and laundry and kitchen and bathrooms- think more or less actually using that space- daily- is handy? What do you like/ not resembling in respectively house- Check out the neighborhood- what is it like- what do you like- is it for seniors or families or singles (all different markets) Also HOME Depot - have Saturday classes for home repair- and while you are at it- check out with your city what licence you need to do this --- for instance I can run the electrical wire-in my home--- but Legally I can't connect it to the power- I might decimate myself- or cause a fire... Must hire a electrian... and you must hold a reserve of money- lumber is NOT cheap. sooo I hope this gives you some design...
