My garage just have breeze blocks/bricks at the moment. How do I insulate it so it can be warmer??

depending on how aesthetic a result you want you can any;
attach wooden battens vertically on the wall nearly 2feet apart, place fibre cup or polystyrene or other insulating material between them and plasterboard (drywall) over the top.
Or, simply swing fabric over the walls.
Don;t forget the roof too, most warmness escapes upwards. Insulating between the roof joists (if they are exposed) and plasterboarding/hardboarding over them will back a lot.
