Answers:    As a quick fix..bring a piece of plywood ..cut it the same size of the frame and put it underneath the cushions..it won't be hugely comfortable ...but it will keep you from sinking!

Replace the stretched out springs underneath it. One or more may hold been loosened by too much solidity. If the cushions are collapsed, they will need to be replaced. The foam used for the cushions does break down over abundant years.
If this won't fix the problem, replace it .
