So basically, my bedroom have 2 doors: (a) a single door, (b) a set of double doors that open to the living room. However, any conversation or music I listen to within my bedroom can be heard surrounded by the living room since the double doors are just double doors and they don't havew a tight fit near the frame. I never use these double doors either!
I be wondering if nayone had any cheap, deeply little to no installation tips for how to deal beside covering up these double doors or installing a sliding door or having a soundproof screen or something. If you could give a guesstimate of the cost that would be awesome too!
Answers: Foam insulation boards could be cut/fit and screwed onto your doors to nouns proof them a little bit. Because the foam would engage the sound.
Edit:
Cost: Cheap -- Maybe $12 for one board which would be plenty to cover your panel doors. & then they would still be adjectives as doors.
Being quieter.
