I just want one small room to feel comfortable satisfactory for an office space. The nouns I want to finish is already a separate room. The basement looks really really weak. Built in 1900. The floor is concrete next to a slope in the corner where on earth there is a drain. But there's no escape down there. The ceiling is in the region of 7 feet elevated with the pipes and wires and cobwebs and stuff. The walls are brick. What do I do? How do I find out how to do it, and most of adjectives, how much is it gonna cost me?
Answers: first put foam isulation on... glue it.....next stud walls floor to cieling, run wiring, cable, tle, speaker rope, gas line for fireplace, next isulate and sheet rock, texture then paint after add your favorite trim...and lights..
