I am looking to install crown molding into my room, but not sure how to. I have a rough and ready square room with no tricky corners. Could someone please donate me some tips, explain the process, tools that will be needed, etc.? Any help would be immensely appreciative, thank you.
Answers: You need a miter saw. I hold a Rigid (Home Depot). Then read the manual. They notify you the angles you need.
Or do what I did. Buy corner blocks. They trade several sizes and styles. The go surrounded by the corner (suprise) and you only enjoy to make straight cuts. Makes it a together lot easier. Buy the longest pieces you can to limit the number of splices you call for to make.
you really want a compound miter saw.Your miter is 30.6deg and your angle is 31.6. Its a job that requires some skill
