How do I engineer a "butt" pillow? I thought it would be a great idea to clear my boyfriend...

I thought it would be a great idea to clear my boyfriend a butt-shaped pillow for Valentine's Day. I bought the material and the stuffing, but enjoy no idea how to find a model to make a pillow shaped similar to an actual butt (with the crease). I'd also like to produce sure the pillow has some thighs as all right. I know a little more or less crochet, but have never taking on a sewing project similar to this before. Does anyone enjoy any advice on how to switch on? Thanks!
