I want to bid on some commercial projects. What would be some good ways?
Answers: Any paint supplier have a copy of the Dodge Report in their subsidise office. They subscribe to the report to know going on for what they will be bidding the supplies on themselves. Ask for it, and they will allow you to copy some of the info. Then you contact the Gen'l contr. in the Report and ask for a bid sheet. Follow the steps from in attendance. Be sure to turn yours in nearer. If you ask the Gen'l he may give you a head up on what the usual bids are . They're pretty cut and dried. ($x per sq. ft.) You'll have to schmooze him though! And receive sure you have adjectives the right insurance, bonds and paperwork! Submit them with the bid.
