Answers: Regardless how well you prep an item for paint you involve to start painting near very lite coats of paint. Never thy and paint an item near one coat of paint. Use several coats of paint letting the paint dry between coats. You can use steel wool between coats to remove any surface bumps as you coat the item. You will end up beside a much nicer finish .
