How can i engineer my room "hardcore"? i have wooden walls so i can't paint them, write on...

i have wooden walls so i can't paint them, write on them, etc... :[
i want to draw from a bunch of band posters and hang down up christmas lights.
what should i do?
any ideas would be appreciated :P

Answers:    Get some posters of band & try getting darker things contained by your room because it will make the wood come across darker. =) suitable luck
What nice of window do you recommend?
