How can I re-string my roman blinds? My blinds are fully drawn and I can't get them to...

My blinds are fully drawn and I can't get them to roll pay for up, does anyone know how I can get them to stir back up lacking taking the string completely out, and trying to figure out how to re-string them?
Any laurie baker type architect?
Answers:    Take them down and put them on the floor, facade down. You should be able to determine why they won't verbs, and either repair the problem, or re-string, using the strings that are in attendance and duplicating the stringing.
