Answers:    Don't laugh but achieve some bondo that they use on autos to smooth out any rough spots on the car bodies. It works great!
For years I enjoy painted on my window...
Bondo and near the right paint. Your pretty much screwed unless you just want to dub beside black liquid steel and tamp near a sponge. Hard to say in need more information.
