How can I remove single stratum of wallpaper from a only just built home accumulation wall ? I built on a home addition in 2004, the walls be primed....

I built on a home addition in 2004, the walls be primed. I had a room professionally wallpapered. They used a sizing, then additionally used gum on pre-glued wallpaper. It seems to be a very righteous job, however I want to remove and paint now. In one previous ask regarding a similar problem, I read where I could freshly prime over the wallpaper, then paint. I'm just not to sure in the region of that! Should I invest in a stripper such as Dif, use a water and laundry softenerer mixture I've hear of, rent a wallpaper steamer or what? I know it's going to be a job what ever I have to do, I'm looking for the most timely remedy, but a highly efficient one, also. And if you have any experience within painting: How can I get a super smooth painted wall appearance? Is it priming and well brought-up quality paint? Is it oil underpinning instead of latex? I'm painting a neutral color to closing many years. I've always used Pittsburgh paints surrounded by the past.

Please, no guessing requested. Experienced repliers only!
fabric softener and river will do the trick just spray the area and coating away.saturate the area if you enjoy to but it works good luck on your room i hope it comes out nice. they make a pulp that you apply to the wall paper that loosens it then you start peal

I hear you can use vinegar & water too. I just yped into Google the phrase "vinegar and wallpaper removal" and come up with several links. That's fine if you need to be in motion cheap on this, but if I were you, I wouldn't argue with someone next to 15 years home remodeling under their tool belt! :-)

Good luck.
Answers:    Peel stale the top layer first. You will be left beside the paper backing. Spray the thesis with EITHER fabric softener and marine, or DIF, and let soak. Scrape paper sour with plastic putty knife. Wash wall next to more fabric softener and water, to grasp any remaining glue, prime and paint.

This is asuming the job be done correctly. If the walls weren't primed, the paper will be next to ineffaceable.

If the fabric softener and water doesn't work, but the newspaper peels in spots, you can other rent a steamer, but I'd do that after all else fails.

It's your house, so if you don't mind have the seams show you can paint over the paper.
