How can i paint surrounded by an apartment bathroom where on earth...? mold is always an issue?? we have have black mold in this...

mold is always an issue?? we have have black mold in this place before b/c the apartment is set up so that near is no way to ventallate the humidity out. we've complained, but i guess there is nought that can be done, except reguallary exposing ourselves to it when cleaning. the mold is so bad its peeled adjectives the past layers of paint rotten, and is now in the plaster.

my cross-question is if i wanted to paint even a small portion of the wall, what would happen near the current mold?
you have to call the manager: he HAS to clean it up. its the law
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;... Yuk, that's vastly unhealthy to breathe in.
You can't paint over it, and I agree near the first answer.
Call the city people, your landlord is responsible for this.
For immediately maybe you could just paint trimming or something?

Btw, gratitude for your answer on my question, I'm going to go near a bright purple (=

I have this problem surrounded by the bathroom at my home that I own. I cannot afford to ventilate it, there are ways to air, your landlord should know that but it can be expensive. I spray the bathroom down weekly with the lysol mold murderer or bleach water. You can't stop the mold by painting over it because as you said you cannot fix the source of the mold on your own. The hotelier needs to address and take safekeeping of the problem or he has no business renting a bathroom in that condition. I would christen the city inspectors and trust me the landlord would have to payment to have it fixed!Mold is nothing to play around near. You cannot paint over mold!!
