im reffering to the glass: cheap cup that makes you look shorter/taller widder/narrow depending on the angle of the mirror as anti a good mirror (glass) that supply a more accurate reflection?

Answers:    The immediate method is to see haw thick is the chalice.
More thicker than better, Cheap mirrors are made on thin cup.
You could find out this by putting anything on surface and look at big angle, If the image is far away than the chalice is thick.
If you could raise it you will fell the difference too.
If you could look behind the cup itself, try to scratch pay for surface, on good mirror is impossible, This mirror will grant bether image thoughtful, and will not chip over time
