our country is tropical and obvously its warm, but my with the sole purpose resting place is my bedroom. And I need my room to look cool and refreshing... because Im other stressed... in d unbroken dayz work...

Answers:    I would suggest painting contained by light blues near white trimwork. While these colors blend with the tropics, they are also cool and breezy colors. Keep the room simple and uncluttered. A bed and dresser and sooner a reading chair, something comfortabe, set by a windowpane (hopefully with a nice view).
Growing plants...?
e painted our warmest bedroom " Cool as a cucumber" from Lowes. It turned out magnificent and so restful.It's a very, fundamentally light green We live within Florida so it's pretty tropical here too.Use white trim to keep it cool looking and put up blinds to hold out some of the bright light.Good luck
