My room is kind of voluminous, and the lighting it has are these 2 long elevated watt florescent thin tubes. I touch that the lighting in my room is really severe and it's really intense and bright. I don't approaching it and it gives my room a desperate atmosphere.
I don't know anything about lighting but I want smaller number severe light and I don't know how to return with this. What kind of lighting/light bulbs should I return with?
Is there anything I can do to newly give my room a appropriate feel next to a certain type of standard lamp?
Answers: Lighting should be both functional and decorative.
There at three fundamental types of color in desk light.
Warm Light, White or neutral night light, and cool light.
Warm is wan, orange and red.
White wishy-washy shows colors the truest.
Cool light is tricky to work with and is NOT flattering to nation.
Warm fluorescent bulbs produce warm insubstantial such as deluxe warm white or standard heat up white. This gives a warm effect. Deluxe warm will be smaller number bright and give a soft candlelight similar to glow.
Standard fluorescent can be enormously harsh.
Home surfaces imitate and absorb restrained. The green color you mention is probably just ricocheting that fluorescent color adjectives over.... Ugh harsh.
Get thaw lights with thaw out light shades. Change the green to a soft hue. Dark hues do not parallel light they hold so they can be dramatic and cozy. Light hues can be bright and cheerful. The light bulb color, shade color, wall color, furniture, and fabric all play a big roll. Make sure that you hold task lighting, mood lighting, and functional lighting. Good luck.
buy lots of lamp, they always create a better 'mood', except that, have dimmers installed beside the main lights, that road you can turn the brightness up and down, depending on how you feel.
