whatever you do, don't use red, the child will grow up heavily disturbed. you should paint it bright colors and put disney characters on the walls babys love that quality of stuff
well, there are steps that u enjoy to take before you can determine how to hang a nursery. first, ask your self what the gender of the child is. second, think of any hobby or interest you would want the child to own. EX: football theme for guy/girl. oh yeah be sure to have alot of pictures and stuffed animals. trade name sure there is a rocking chair. and you enjoy to have a nursery CD to play while the baby is contained by the nursery. chose colors that are bright and colorful. hope this helps!! Ikea has some legitimate cute stuff for kids.

You really need to come up with a focus like "fairies" or "Winnie the Pooh" or "flowers" or bright primary colors. Then, when you are looking and shopping, you will concentrate on things that go beside your theme. I may like the fairy for the pink and yellow in this room. Use a bright blue for diction pieces (chair upholstery or pillows). Furniture could be white or a darker shade of pink.
Answers:    If you are not in the mood for decorate, and short on ideas right now - later leave it to later

The room looks fine anyway - comforting pink tones - and I am sure that you can easily pop out shopping for some pink kiddy curtains/plain curtains.

The baby won't know or concern that you haven't re-done a perfect nursery for her arrival - so long as she has get somewhere safe to sleep, and your love and protection (which I am sure she will have)

Maybe in a few months, as you gain to know your new little girl you will be able to create some great artwork on the walls, that suits her without fault.

You probably do need to think nearly a chest of drawers, a night light, possibly a changing table and a low chair for yourself to use (and the crib obviously). As you shop to buy these bits and pieces/bedding etc, you will probably find a gorgeous piece that will inspire the rest of the room.

This website shows you really honourable practical and safety considerations for decorating a infant nursery - and has a really cool video that shows you how different colors might look in your nursery: http://www.interior-design-it-yourself.c...

Good luck next to your decorating (when you feel set to do it - don't waste your artistic talents on anyone else's ideas)

..and righteous luck with your new kid girl
