How can a party buy art by semi-famous or resourcefully set artists? I mean beyond eBay. Auctions? Galleries? Dealers? Where would I start?

Answers:    first i would recommend studying miscellaneous genres and artists. once you realise what appeals to you, after start looking online . if you become quite serious more or less collecting, you may want to contact a dealer.
