Does anyone know, should I paint the inside of my house first, or should I polish the floor boards.........I can't work out which way will put together it easier for me.....thanks for your time

Answers:    Paint first. If any paint get on the floor, it will have be a waste to own done the floor first.

Also, when you say polish, I hope you expect either refinish or verbs. If you put something like a furniture polish (Pledge or something approaching that) on a hardwood floor, it will be slick as an ice rink and will build up over time, which will trademark it difficult to clean and/or refinish contained by the future. Never use anything more than a mild detergent and dampen on hardwood floors.
