when a house that's being built is within its framing stage (no roof), and suddenly it rained, how do contractors know that the wood is already dry? doesn't moisture acquire into the frame and cause vandalize to the wood? or do they do something to prevent it from getting wet?
It is still instigate aired and will be fine..The framing stage has no flooring ,drywall, ceiling, etcetra in them but..the wood will be fine..after they put the roof decking on..later dry it in beside felt...even side it..it will enjoy plenty of dry time and all...no interior walls are closed within yet at this time thus allowing any moisture from precipitation plenty of time to "breathe out"....

on new const they don't care-no interior and it dries out
so ans. is - no, no, no

PS: don't know what happen w/deedee's home, sounds like a remod or roofing profession. they should have tarped the roof.
