I'm redecorating my room and I've approved on a Hollywood theme. Does anyone hold any ideas on how to make a contribution it a Hollywood feel?
Maybe put approaching spotlights on the ceiling and a cirlcle bed to look like picture!!! good luck

Answers: I would get the room as if it were a fancy Hollywood dressing room.
For the Hollywood Theme.... I would do it contained by decade form like a time dash on the walls.
I would not form lines on the wall to go from 1920 1930.....that would be too much.... BUT
I would hunt for items from each decade and sort of mix them within .... the 'old' with the 'new'.....
Find movie clip art and movie reviews..... clips of biographies from ethnic group who impacted the motion picture industry and quotes from the stars with their pictures.
Don't forget to find verbalize shows where ancestors first made their appearances......
As far as designing the room... when I think of Hollywood... I muse of glamour. Feather boas on a coat rack ... big beautiful hat.... designer bags near lots of jewels...... a twosome of red stelletto heels......
A roaring twenties dress....hung on the back of the closet door set to go to a glorious class party or the Academy Awards show......
A glamorous comb and brush set placed on a self-importance with a fancy perfume bottle. An apolstered bench at the selfishness to sit on while getting hair and mascara ready for a star presentation.
Make a scrapbook of Hollywood fashions. Find ancient magazines and cut out pictures of stars contained by the designer dresses/tuxes and keep putting more within it from each time you can acquire your hands on a magazine. Cut out the pictures and stick it contained by there.
