Hollister themed bedroom? i want to redo my room into a hollister beach style issue....
i want to redo my room into a hollister beach style issue. Any paint colour ideas, furniture, decorations, or design ideas? i cant find anything.
I'm redoing my room Hollister style too! I painted two of my walls light brown and two walls chocolate brown. A store contained by my mall was closing, so I purchased one of their full sized mannequins and dressed it up within HCO clothes. I also plan on putting in spot lighting, and having my closet doors equal style as the doors on the sides of the store (like the folding ones on the front). My bedsheets are a beige color and I have this really rustic blanket for the top. Oh, and a big bench like the ones in the front would be appropriate too. Hmm that is a very well brought-up type of theme :)
Paint: Light Blues,Greens
Furniture: maybe a nice bench in white or pink soothing colors.
I'm not sure about decorations
Designs: for the paint i would try to carry some wave type things and my some starfish and seashells outline things so you can put them on your wall and paint them

Good Idea!! If you want to go for a shoreline theme try murky blue walls to represent the ocean, I don`t know with some clouds. But the best option would be to buy a stencil sheet (the ones that arent pre-cut), print out a massive picture of the bird thats the Hollister logo, trace it out on the stencil and with a box cutter...cut it out, then you put it up against your wall and a moment ago paint over it with white or a lighter color than that of your wall. It will look great over a blue wall. What could be better than to have the logo adjectives ober your wall!! Trust me it works, I have done this. Also you could try hanging a mini surf board on your wall, that would form the beach theme amazingly obvious. Try hanging up frames of a sunset, or palm trees. Or try baggy up frames of the hollister models holding the surf boards. There are endless ways of creating a hollister theme. Hopefully this can backing you with your room. Good luck!! Paint colors are gunna be dark red/maroon color and maybee a threatening navy green (its their main colors surrounded by the store. Get a wooden floor, Put surfboards up. You can get the huge canvas pictures that suspend in Hollister off of ebay. Spray Socal perfume within your room (its what we spray our clothes with) put loud speakers up and play music like All Time Low, Forever the Sickest Kids, The Rocket Summer etc. etc. etc. A tiki roof over your bed if possible. Get a Dark Red Armchair, Palm Tree (fake), If you can stand it, gain a Hammock for your bed. Maybe some random signs on your wall that are southern california themed (Huntington Beach etc.) You can get alike shelves Hollister uses if you call and ask your local Hollister, then maybee put those within your closet and lay your clothes out on them.

lol, For decorations, you could buy one of those signs like they enjoy hanging around at Hollister- "Clothing optional beyond this point" ;- )
For color, i would paint one wall Dark brown, and the rest a beige/light brown/sandy color. These colors would make a contribution the room a nice beachey,Hollister feeling, instead of a childish type of "going to the beach" theme.
To build the beige walls more interesting, you can add fabulous accent. For instance, in the top corner one beige wall you could paint two energy sized,dark brown seagulls (<---just like the Hollister logo) Also you could merely plainly write "Hollister" somewhere on one of the beige walls (in the same brown wall color or course) These accent will resemble the one brown wall, as well as give the room a touch more.oompth! **make sure that your floors will be wooden! Another thing you could do is hang up a a surf board close to a shelf. This can be done by mounting A surf board to two racks, that are attached to the wall.** Remember to spread the brown all over the room like contained by pillows,rugs, and more. Leafy plants also resemble palm trees greatly. So remember to include them!
