Help near teen room? i'm confused, i don't know if i should make my room...
i'm confused, i don't know if i should make my room ALL blue since it's my fav color or should i bring in it multi colored and fun looking. i like the bohemian subject. what do you think?
i wouldn't make it adjectives blue because you will get sick of it tremendously quickly and want to fine-tuning it again. i like the multi-colored impression because it will be fun and happy. still use blue but throw contained by some oranges and reds and greens and pinks to make it more stodgy.
Im a teen myself & I just renovate my room into a 'Classic Chic' kind of look. I own framed photos of Marilyn and Audrey , a manquein ect.
The places I recomend are
www.pbteen.com
www.wakeupfrankie.com
www.worldmarket.com (this would probebly be your best bet for a bohemian look because they carry items from around the world)
To construct it look "bollywood" you should have the following:
*embroidred pillows (in bright colors next to silver or gold accents)
*JEWL TONES,JEWL TONES,JEWL TONES...those are deffinetly a must for anything bohemian
*Round mirrors - tipically surrounded by gold or bronze
*Draping on the window or bed posts
*A bold color wall ( you may want to just do an diction wall so all the colors dont overpower)
: D biddable luck
Answers: If your going beside a bohemian theme I'd enunciate keep it adjectives blue, but make it a overcast blue. Multi-colored is a little frenzied for me, but it might look fun depending on the colors you used.
A cool thing I did next to my room was do an "accent" wall. I enjoy four walls in my room, and I painted three adjectives lavender. The wall with my porthole on it I did a darker purple. It make the room look less cramped when you do the walls a feathery color on every wall except the wall with a skylight on it. I don't know the shape of your room, but accent walls are a worthy idea, and near a darker blue near lighter blues would look great. Well, good luck beside your room!
