Help next to exterior foot guardrail screening? The insurance company says I want hand rail at the front steps....

The insurance company says I want hand rail at the front steps. Following is a link to a picture of the front door/steps:

I'm have a hard time decide what type of rails to seize and where to get hold of them. The interior stairs have the mitt rails contained by the following picture:

Should the interior rails clash the exterior rails? For instance, should I go and get metal rails for the outside too? I meditate it might not look right if I use wood or pvc on the outside...just doesn't fit the house.
I laid floor tiles and used wickes cement....
Answers:    I definately would use metal rail or plastics which give the appearance of metal, however they do not HAVE to game the interior, but it would not hurt either.
